Returns & Refunds

Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations to all orders are accepted until three (3) days prior to scheduled pick up or delivery time. Changes and cancellations are limited, and may not be accommodated within a 3-day notice.  Changes or cancellations to orders containing fondant work after booking may result in loss of your deposit. 

Food Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for damaged products. Once you or a designated party has picked up an order/accepted a delivered order, it is considered "accepted". We will ask to make sure that everything is correct such as the design, spelling, etc. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after accepting your order. If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time! However, a refund will not be given.

Events

Merchandise Returns: Returns made within 7 days will receive full store credit with original receipt. Merchandise returned without original tags or with damage will not be eligible for a refund.

By making a purchase, booking an event, or placing an order with us, whether in-person, over the phone, or via email,  you agree to be bound by our Store Policies. It is the responsibility of you (the customer) to review our policies as they relate to your purchase, event, or special order.
